Schedule & Absence Data

We store data you enter into the App, including your therapy schedules, absence records, therapist availability, and related organizational information. This data is essential for the App's core functionality.

Push Notification Token

If you enable push notifications, we collect a device token to deliver notifications to your device. This allows us to send you schedule updates, absence alerts, and other important information in real-time.

We use your data solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide access to your account
• Display and sync your personal schedule and absence data
• Send relevant push notifications such as schedule changes and reminders
• Maintain and improve the App's functionality and user experience

Your data is stored securely using Firebase infrastructure provided by Google LLC, hosted on Google Cloud servers. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

Our security measures include:

• Encrypted data transmission using HTTPS/SSL
• Secure authentication via Google Sign-In
• Regular security updates and monitoring
• Access controls and permission-based data access

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Schedulify service. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

When you request account deletion, we will process your request within 30 days and permanently delete all your personal information from our systems, except where we are required to retain certain data by law.

Schedulify is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
